Improvement and realization of mammoplasty using silicone prosthesis implant.

The augmentation mammoplasty is one of the most common operation of the aesthetic surgery.To minimize the complication to the greatest extent,we modified most of aspects of the procedure of augmentation mammoplasty and satisfactory results were achieved in 45 cases with nature figurements soft touching and good sentations.The author here hold it important that properative contour drawing operative disconnetion,portable insisting negative pressure drainage post-operative fixation and local massage.
