参苓白术散对肥胖2型糖尿病体重的影响

[目的]观察参苓白术散对肥胖2型糖尿病体重和治疗的影响。[方法]将体重指数(BMI)≥25kg/m~2的2型糖尿病患者42例,在饮食治疗及口服降糖药治疗的前提下,所有病例亦加服参苓白术散,于治疗前后0周和12周测定体重指数、空腹血糖、血脂。[结果]经服参苓白术散治疗后体重指数、低密度脂蛋白均有所下降(P<0.05),特别是空腹血糖治疗后比治疗前下降更明显(P<0.01)。[结论]参苓白术散可降低肥胖2型糖尿病的体重,有助于代谢综合征的改善。
