| 摘 要： | 目的探讨无动脉内中膜厚度（IMT）增厚的初诊T2DM患者中代谢综合征（MS）与动脉IMT早期变化的关系。方法1275例初诊T2DM患者根据中华医学会糖尿病学分会关于MS的诊断标准分为两组，并检测动脉IMT。结果（1）在无IMT增厚的初诊T2DM患者中，有MS者动脉IMT明显高于无MS者（P〈0．01）；（2）IMT与增龄、男性、LDL-C、MS显著正相关（P〈0．05）。（3）多因素回归分析显示，DM合并MS与尿白蛋白排泄率、高血压家族史、腰臀比、血清胰岛素水平及颈动脉IMT独立相关。结论在无IMT增厚的初诊T2DM患者中，IMT增加与年龄、性别、LDL-C水平及是否合并MS相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the association between metabolic syndrome（MS） and intimamedia thickness of arteries in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods The 1275 patients were divided into two groups with and without MS according to the MS definition by CDS 2004. Serum glucose,insulin, lipid and UAER were measured. Results （1）IMT was significantly thicker in MS individuals than that in non-MS individuals（0.75±0. 14 vs 0. 72±0. 14, P〈0.01）. （2）The increase of IMT was associated with sex（r= 0. 059, P = 0. 034 ）, age （ r = 0. 202, P = 0. 000 ）, LDL-C （ r = 0. 070, P = 0. 013） ,MS（r= 0. 082, P = 0. 004） independently. （3） MS was associated with the UAER, the family history of arterial hypertension, WHR, INS and the carotid artery intima-media thickness independently. Conclusions MS may be a sensitive index for early atherosclerosis in T2DM with normal IMT. |
