| 摘 要： | 目的：观察肺结核患者并发局限性气胸的临床特点及治疗。方法：分析此类患者的临床表现及治疗体会。结果：此类患者具有病情危重。进展快，易出现Ⅰ型呼吸衰竭等特点。结论：快速诊断、及时穿刺抽气或闭式引流术是救治张力性气胸合并呼吸衰竭患者的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical characteristics and treatment effects of tuberculosis patients complicated with localized pneumothorax.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 34 tuberculosis patients (28 men and 6 women) who had complications of localized pneumothorax.Results The patients showed symptoms of disease severity, rapid development and respiratory failure type I.Conclusion A timely diagnosis plus the use of aspirated air from pneumothorax or closed drainage is the key in saving the patients of tension pneumothorax and respiratory failure. |
