烟酒伴侣茶对动物保肝作用的实验研究

摘    要:[目的]了解烟酒伴侣茶对动物酒精性肝损伤是否具有保护功能. [方法]将茶样的水浸取液连续30d经口灌胃给予SD大鼠后,除阴性对照组外各组再经口灌胃给予50%乙醇,然后取肝脏检查肝匀浆中的丙二醛(MDA)、还原型谷胱甘肽(CSH)和甘油三酯(TG)的含量;并对肝脏作组织病理学检查,同时观察对动物体重和肝重及肝体比的影响. [结果]在酒精性肝损伤模型成立的条件下,该受试物对动物体重、肝重及肝体比均无明显影响(P>0.05);3个剂量组的TG含量分别为(1.81±0.70、1.51±0.26、1.41±0.25)mmol/L明显低于模型对照组(3.00±0.71)mmoL/L(P<0.01);中、高剂量组的MDA含量分别为(2.31±0.96、1.78±0.53)nmol/mg明显低于模型对照组(3.28±0.76)nmol/mg(P<0.05,P<0.01);中剂量组的还原型GSH含量(52.86±7.23)mg/g明显高于模型对照组(41.53±9.38)mg/g(P<0.05);中、高剂量组的脂肪染色评分分别为(2.00±0.82)和(2.004±0.94),明显低于模型对照组(3.20±0.92) (P<0.01).[结论]在本实验条件下,该伴侣茶对动物酒精性肝损伤具有辅助保护作用. ;中、高剂量组的MDA含量分别为(2.31±0.96、1.78±0.53)nmol/mg明显低于模型对照组(3.28±0.76)nmol/mg(P<0.05,P<0.01);中剂量组的还原型GSH含量(52.86±7.23)mg/g明显高于模型对照组(41.53±9.38)mg/g(P<0.05);中、高剂量组的脂肪染色评分分别为(2.00±0.82)和(2.004±0.94),明显低干模型对照组(3.20±0.92) (P<0 01).[结论]在本实验条件下,该伴侣茶对动物酒精性肝损伤具有辅助保护作用. ;中、高剂量组的MDA含量分别为(2.31±0.96、1.78±0.53)nmol/mg明

Abstract:[Objective] To study the protective effects of certain tea against alcohol injury of liver in rats. [Methods] Certain tea was fed to SD rats for 30 days. 50% alcohol was fed to rats except for rats in negative control 16 hours before execut- ed. The MDA, GSH and TG of liver tissue were measured. The liver tissue was tested by pathological method. The body weight, the liver weight and the liver-body ratio were observed. [Results] The body weight, the liver weight, the liver-body ratio and the levels of GSH in three exposure groups had no significant differences with those of the control. The levels of TG in three ex- posure groups were lower than those of control; the levels of MDA and the grades of liver adipose tissue stained by HE in mid- dle and high groups were more lower than those of control. [Conclusion] Certain tea has the protective effects against alcholic injury of liver function.
