| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨复发性腹股沟疝的无张力疝修补治疗方式。方法：回顾性分析16例复发性腹股沟疝的无张力疝修补患者的临床资料。结果：采用疝环充填式无张力疝修补术式10例,采用Millikan术式6例。全组病例无再次复发,出现血清肿4例（25%）,切口裂开1例（6%）,阴囊水肿3例（19%）,术区轻微胀痛、不适3例（19%）,均于2个月内消失。结论：无张力疝修补术能有效地治疗复发性腹股沟疝。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the efficient method in the treatment of recurrent inguinal hernia.Methods：Clinical da-ta of 16 recurrent inguinal hernia patients were analyzed. Results：Hernia using tension-free hernia ring filling surgical repair in 10 cases,6 cases with surgical Millikan.Recurrence was none in the whole group. Hematoma was found in 4 cases （25%）. Incision splited in 1 case. 3 patients suffered slight pain in operation areas,and they all disappeared within two months. Conclusion：Tension-free hernioplasty is a good method in the treatment of recurrent inguinal hernia. |
