凡士林纱布压力蒸气灭菌效果的观察与分析

目的 :探讨预真空压力蒸气灭菌器对凡士林纱布的灭菌效果。　方法 :采用美国 AMSCO预真空压力蒸气灭菌器 ,对厚度分别为 2 0层、3 0层、40层、5 0层的凡士林纱布进行灭菌 ,凡士林与纱布重量比例为 3 :1,同时在各种厚度的凡士林纱布的上、中、下中央放入 1cm× 3 cm检样纱条 1条 ,3 M化学指示卡 1条、留点温度计 1支 ,分别记录 3 M化学指示卡和留点温度计测试结果。　结果 :灭菌后检样纱条进行细菌培养 ,2 0层、3 0层中检样纱条灭菌 2次细菌培养均为阴性 ,而 40层、5 0层的检样纱条阴性率分别为 91.7%与 83 .3 % ,各厚度上、中、下化学指示卡变色有差异 ,上层为标准黑 ,中层浅黑色 ,下层为棕色。各层留点温度计检测为 13 2～ 13 5℃ ,其中以上层最高。　结论 :凡士林纱布灭菌可选用预真空压力蒸气灭菌器。对热难于穿透的凡士林纱布 ,经过 2次灭菌程序 ,可保证 3 0层以下凡士林纱布的灭菌效果

Investigation of the sterilizing effect of gravity and vacuum sterilizer on vaseline gauze

ObjectivesToinvestigate the sterilizing effect of gravity and vacuum sterilizer on vaseline gauze.　MethodsAMSCOgravity and vacuum sterilizer from USA is used to sterilize vaseline gauze of 20,30,40 and50 layers. The weight proportion of vaseline to gauze is 3 ∶1.During the process of sterilization, a strip of testinggauze 1 cm×3 cm, a 3 M chemical indicator, and a thermometer were placed in the centersof the top, middle and bottom of the vaseline gauze of various thickness. After thesterilization, 3 M chemical indicators and the thermometer indicated temperature wererecorded.　ResultsBacteriaculture was negative in the test gauze strips of 20 and 30 layers; positive result wasfound in the 40 and 50 layers. The negative rate was 91.7% in 40 layer's testing gauze,and 83.3% in 50 layer's testing gauze. The chemical indicators showed different colors indifferent places, standard black on the top, slight black in the middle and brown underthe bottom. The temperature varied from 132～135℃,with the highest on the top.　ConclusionsThe gravity and vacuumsterilizer could be chosen for sterilization of vaseline gauze. Its sterilization effectcould be ensured if the gauze thickness is less than 30 layers.
