| 摘 要： | 目的对BMSCs在急性肺损伤(acute lung injury,ALI)中的基础研究、临床进展及其机制进行综述。方法查阅近年有关BMSCs在ALI中的基础研究及临床相关文献并进行综述。结果 BMSCs能主动归巢至肺损伤部位并通过分化参与组织修复,同时BMSCs能调节和平衡ALI时局部和全身炎性反应和免疫紊乱。目前BMSCs对ALI抗炎-免疫调节以及组织修复的机制尚不清楚。结论具有主动归巢、分化以及抗炎-免疫调节效应的BMSCs对ALI具有全面的生物学效应,有望应用于临床,也为ALI的基因-干细胞治疗奠定了基础。
