退赤胶囊治疗干眼症临床观察

目的：观察退赤胶囊治疗干眼症的临床疗效及对视力的影响。方法：干眼症64例随机分为治疗组33例，对照组31例。治疗组予退赤胶囊，1次3～4粒，1天3次，口服。对照组予VitB2，1次5～10mg，1天3次，口服；珍珠明目滴眼液，1天3—4次。两组均7天为1个疗程，连续3个疗程。结果：治疗组显效率90．9％，对照组显效率80．6％。两组疗效比较，P〈0．05。治疗组干涩、畏光、视疲劳、视物模糊等症状消失时间优于对照组。结论：退赤胶囊治疗干眼症近期临床疗效满意。

Clinical Observation of Tuichi Capsule in Treating Dry Eye Syndrome

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of Tuichi capsule in treating dry eye syndrome and the effect of eyesight. Methods：64 eases of dry eye syndrome were randomly divided into the treatment group （33 eases） and the contrast group （31 cases）. The treatment group was taken Ttfichi capsule oral three times each day and 3-4 pills each time. The contrast group was taken Vitamin B2 oral three times each day and 5-10rag each time, and dropped by Zhenzhu Mingmu eyedrop 3-4 times each day. The period of the therapy course was 7 days and both groups were treated by 3 courses. Resuits：The effective ratio of the treatment group and the contrast group were 90.9% and 80.6% respectively. The curative effect of two groups was P 〈 0.05. The disappearing time of symptom such as photophobia, dry, tired and unclear eyesight was shorter than the contrast group. Conclusion：Tuichi capsule has good effect on treatment of dry eye syndrome.
