| 摘 要： | 目的了解贵州省结核病/艾滋病双重感染的筛查情况。方法在2006-2008年期间在贵州省的县级疾控中心进行结核病/艾滋病双重感染筛查。在结核病人中开展初筛及确认实验;在现存的艾滋病人中进行结核病筛查,主要做X线胸片和痰涂片检查。结果贵州省9个地(州、市)开展结核病/艾滋病双重感染筛查的县数逐年增加,全省在结核病人中筛查HIV阳性的感染率为0.2%,在HIV阳性病人中筛查结核病的患病率平均为6.2%。结论贵州省大部分县(市、区)都已开展TB/HIV双重感染的筛查工作。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the TB/HIV screening in Guizhou province.Methods TB/HIV screening was carried out in county level CDC from 2006 to 2008 in Guizhou.TB patients were administered HIV screening test and confirmation test.HIV/AIDS patients were screened by X-ray and sputum for TB disease.Results The number of counties which carried out TB/HIV screening work increased by year.The HIV positive rate among TB cases was 0.2%,while the TB prevalence among HIV positive cases was 6.2%.ConclusionsMost of counties has carried out TB/HIV screening work. |
