陕西省免费抗结核药品供应系统管理与评价

目的评价陕西省免费抗结核药品供应系统现状,进一步提高系统绩效。方法与DOTS策略实施同步建立全省免费抗结核药品供应系统,通过现场督导、访视、季度报表进行监控与评价。结果 2002—2004年建全了省、市、县三级完善的免费抗结核药品供应系统,至2009年系统运转良好,持续不间断提供高质量抗结核药品,保证了近7万例肺结核病人的免费治疗。结论陕西省免费抗结核药品供应系统日趋完善,成绩显著,但在药品库房设置、管理以及报表方面需要进一步规范。

Management and evaluation of Free Anti-TB Drug Supply System in Shaanxi Province

Objective To evaluate the current situation of free anti-TB drug supply system in order to improve its performance. Methods Drug supply system was established simultaneously with DOTS strategy. Monitoring and evaluation of this system was done by on-site supervision, quarterly monitoring. Results From 2002 to 2004, Shaanxi province set up a complete three-level free anti-TB drugs supply system. The system worked well, and ensured free treatment of nearly 70 thousands pulmonary tuberculosis patients through uninterrupted high quality anti-TB drugs supply by 2009. Conclusion Shaanxi Provincial free anti-TB drug supply system has made great achievements, however, warehouse layout, management and reporting should be further improved.
