| 摘 要： | 学科建设是研究型大学发展的核心因素,同时也是高校和院系学科发展规划的基本内容,对于高校的未来发展起到至关重要的作用。文章针对我国研究型大学发展现状提出三点建议：（1）研究型大学学科建设应以确保质量为前提;（2）研究型大学学科建设应营造自由的学术环境;（3）研究型大学学科建设不应全面推进,而应集中资源发展优势学科。

| Abstract: | Discipline construction is the core factor for a research-oriented university.Aiming at the development status of research-oriented universities in our country,this paper puts forward three suggestions： 1.Discipline construction of research-oriented university should ensure quality as the premise,2.Discipline construction of research-oriented university should create a free academic environment.3.A research-oriented university should not promote comprehensively,but concentrate resources on preponderant discipline. |
