| 摘 要： | 目的:了解过敏性紫癜患儿家长对健康教育内容的掌握程度。方法:随机将46例过敏性紫癜患儿家长分成对照组和观察组各23例,对照组进行常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施健康教育。结果:两组在长效自我管理的认识及程度上有显著性差异,(P0.01)。满足了患儿家长的知情权,使其由被动接受转变为积极主动配合治疗护理进行。结论:健康教育运用于过敏性紫癜患儿家长中相关知识掌握有明显作用,且能提高患者满意度。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the prehension of health education on dependents in children patients with allergic purpura.Methods：46 cases of children patients were divided into two groups at random,23 patients in each group.The control group with usual care,the observation group with usual care plus health education.Results：The gnosia and level of prolonged action self-managemen had significant difference between two groups （P0.01）.Conclusion：Health education could obviously assist the dependents to grasp the correlated knowledge about allergic purpura and elevate their satisfaction. |
