| 摘 要： | 目的 初步探讨人海绵状血管瘤的形成机制。方法 收集 16例经病理证实的海绵状血管瘤组织标本 ,及 10例正常大隐静脉标本。采用DDRT PCR方法分析人海绵状血管瘤和人正常静脉基因表达的差异。结果 人海绵状血管瘤在 70 0bp左右cDNA相对应的mRNA表达明显减少 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 该基因可能对血管形成具有抑制作用 ,缺乏该基因的表达可能是人海绵状血管瘤形成的重要发病机制

| Abstract: | Objective Pathogenesis of cavernous hemangioma was primarily investigated. Methods Differential gene expression was presented by DDRT PCR method in 16 cavernous hemangiomas and 10 normal veins.Results Expression of mRNA from 700bp cDNA fragments was deficient in cavernous hemangiomas( P <0.05).Conclusion This gene might inhibit the formation of new vessels, deficiency of this gene expression may be important in the pathogenesis of human cavernous hemangioma. |
