乙肝病毒外膜大蛋白检测在阿德福韦抗病毒治疗中的应用

目的 通过检测抗病毒治疗患者血清中乙肝病毒外膜大蛋白(HBV-LP)和病毒载量(HBV-DNA),探讨阿德福韦抗病毒治疗过程中HBV-LP与HBV-DNA的关系,观察HBV-LP用于评估抗病毒治疗效果的应用价值.方法 采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法对HBV-LP进行检测;采用荧光定量PCR方法对HBV-DNA进行检测.结果 抗病毒治疗有效组患者HBV-DNA和HBV-LP下降趋势一致;抗病毒治疗无效组患者HBV-DNA始终没有出现阴转,HBV-LP的含量维持在较高水平;抗病毒治疗效果反复组患者HBV-LP的含量维持较高水平或变化不明显,HBV-DNA则出现暂时阴转.结论 动态监测HBV-LP的含量可用于阿德福韦抗病毒治疗效果的评估.

Application of serum hepatitis B virus large surface protein detection in the therapy of hepatitis B by adefovir

Objective Detecting the serum hepatitis B virus large surface protein(HBV-LP) and hepatitis B virus DNA(HBV-DNA) load to study the correlation between HBV-LP and HBV-DNA and to evaluate the application value of the effect of HBV-LP on antiviral therapy.Methods HBV-DNA was detected by fluorescent quantitative PCR(FQ-PCR),and serum HBV-LP was detected by enzyme linked immunosorhent assay(ELISA).Results Both HBV-DNA and HSV-LP in the patients who were treated effectively with adefovir decreased,HBV-DNA in the patients who were treated ineffectively with adefovir had never turned negative and HBV-LP retained in high level and HBV-LP showed in high level or no change while HBV-DNA had turned negative temporally in the patients having relapsed symptoms to adefovir.Conclusion Measuring serum HBV-LP dynamically can be useful in evaluation of adefovir therapeutic effect.
