| 摘 要： | 目的：根据老年精神病人的心理特点,给予心理护理干预,提高老年精神病人生活质量。方法：采用回顾性调查法,收集2001年至2010年的住院精神病人的临床资料,针对不同的精神症状,采取不同的心理护理并对500例住院老年期精神病患者的病案资料进行统计分析。结果：通过相应的心理护理,提高了老年精神病人的生活质量,改善了精神症状的影响。结论：通过合理的心理护理,改善了住院治疗依从性,有效的提高了生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the mental specialty of elder psychiatric patients so as to exercise related mental nursing countermeasures to them. Method： A retrospective investigation was made by collec- ting the frontier information of hospital elder psychiatric patients from 2001 to 2010, then differential mental nursing countermeasures were taken to differential psychiatric symptom and the data from 500 elder psychiat- ric patients was statistically analyzed. Result： Through the related mental nursing countermeasures, the life quality of elder psychiatric patients was improved, and the affection from psychiatric symptom was reduced. Conclusion： Through reasonable mental nursing countermeasures, the life quality is improved effectively. |
