雷贝拉唑治疗Hp阳性活动期胃溃疡的临床及组织学质量评价

目的：探讨雷贝拉唑对Hp阳性活动期胃溃疡的临床疗效和组织学质量的影响。方法：将符合标准的80例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例，观察组应用雷贝拉唑，对照组应用奥美拉唑，疗程8周，观察二者的临床效果。结果：治疗前，两组患者上腹痛、腹胀、嗳气、反酸和烧心等临床症状评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；疗程结束后，两组患者上腹痛、腹胀、嗳气、反酸和烧心等临床症状评分均下降（P〈0．05），但是观察组患者下降幅度更显著（P〈0．01）。观察组患者Hp感染根除率为90．00％，对照组为85．00％，二者差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：雷贝拉唑可以有效改善HP阳性活动期胃溃疡患者的临床症状，促进胃溃疡组织结构的成熟度，提高胃溃疡的愈合质量，安全性高，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Effect and Histological Quality Evaluation of Rabeprazole in Treatment of Hp-positive Gastric Ulcer at Active Phase

Objective： To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of rabeprazole on Hp-positive gastric ulcer at active phase and the effects on the histological quality. Method. 80 patients who met the criteria were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 patients in each group, the observation group was treated with rabeprazole and the control group was treated with omeprazole for 8 weeks, and the clinical effects of the two groups were observed. Result： Before the treatment, the difference in the scores of clinical symptoms, including upper abdominal pain, abdominal distension, belching, sour regurgitation and ＂heart burn＂ , between the two groups had no statistical significance （ P〉0.05 ） ; Mter the course of treat- ment, the scores of clinical symptoms, including upper abdominal pain, abdominal distension, belching, sour regurgitation and ＂heart burn＂ in both groups were decreased （ P〈0.05 ） , but in the observation group, the scores were decreased much more significantly （ P〈0.01 ）. Hp infection eradication rate in the patients of the observation group was 90.00% , while that of the control group was 85.00% , and the difference between the two groups had no statistical significance （P〉0.05）. the clinical symptoms in patients with Hp-positive gastric Conclusion： Rabeprazole can effectively improve ulcer at active phase, promote the degree of matu- rity of gastric ulcer tissue structures and elevate the healing quality of gastric ulcer, has high safety and is worthy of clinical generalization and application.
