B-Lynch缝合术在剖宫产产后出血的临床研究

目的：探讨B-lynch缝合术治疗剖宫产产后出血的临床疗效。方法：回顾性统计分析49例行B-lynch缝合术治疗剖宫产产后出血的病例资料。结果：48例患者均成功止血，有l例患者失败后行子宫动脉栓塞术，所有患者平均总出血量903±375mL，平均住院天数6．2±1．5d，所有患者预后良好。结论：B—Lynch缝合术操作简单、止血迅速、成功率高，保留患者的子宫和生育功能，是治疗剖宫产产后出血的有效止血方法，值得临床推广。

Clinical Research of the B-Lynch Suture in Severe Postpartum Hemorrhage of Cesarean Section

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of B-Lynch suture in severe postpartum hem- orrhage of cesarean section. Method： The clinical data of 49 patients with severe postpartum hemorrhage by cesarean section and B-Lynch suture were analyzed retrospectively. Result： 48 patients were successfully stopped the bleeding. One case failed and underwent uterine artery embolization. The average total blood loss in all patients was 903±375mL average. The average length of hospital stay was 6.2 ± 1.5 days. All patients had a good prognosis. Conclusion： The B-Lynch suture is an easy method which controls bleeding rapidly with high success rate. It can reserve the uterus and the fertility function for the patient. It is an effective treatment in severe postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section and worthy promotion.
