| 摘 要： | 目的:了解糖尿病患者血清甲状旁腺素(PTH)、降钙素(CT)的变化。方法:应用RLA法测定了71例糖尿病患者血清甲状旁腺素和降钙素含量,并与35名健康人作对照。结果:并发糖尿病肾病者血清PTH、CT均升高(p<0.01),并随糖尿病肾病的严重程度而增加,且与肌酐浓度呈正相关(p<0.001)。结论:糖尿病患者一旦发生糖尿病肾病,就存在血清PTH、CT含量的异常。

| Abstract: | To test the blood level changes of parathyroid harmone (PTH) and Calcitonin (CT) in diabetic patients. Method: Blood parathyroid hormone and calcitonin levels were determinde with RIA in 71 diabetic patients and 35 normal controls. Results: The blood PTH and CT levels were increased in those diabetic patients complicated with nephropathy and were positively correlated with the severity as shown by creatinine level (p < 0.01). Conclusion: Diabetic patients would have changes in blood PTH and CT levels in case Complicated with nephropathy. |
