深圳市中医医院护士跨文化护理能力影响因素分析

摘    要:目的 调查深圳市中医医院护士跨文化护理能力现状并分析其影响因素,为中医医院护理人员开展跨文化护理教育培训提供依据。方法 采用便利抽样法选取深圳市5所中医医院的382名临床护士,采用一般资料、护士文化护理能力量表对其进行问卷调查。结果 深圳市中医医院护士跨文化护理能力总分为(69.80±6.45)分,维度得分由高到底依次为多元文化敏感性、多元文化护理知识、多元文化护理技能。多元线性回归分析显示:年龄、婚姻状况、工作年限、职称、月收入、是否有宗教信仰、是否喜欢不同的文化习俗、是否参加过多元文化教育培训、是否有跨文化护理经历是中医医院护士跨文化护理能力的独立影响因素(ΔR2=0.506,F=28.874,P<0.001)。结论 深圳市中医医院护士跨文化护理能力处于中等水平且受多种因素共同影响,医院护理管理者应重点关注其影响因素,并制定适宜的干预措施,以提高护士的整体跨文化护理能力,提高患者的护理满意度。

Abstract:Objective To investigate intercultural nursing competence among nurses in Shenzhen traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) hospitals and its influence factors, so as to provide a basis for related education and training. Methods Totally 382 clinical nurses were chosen from 5 TCM hospitals in Shenzhen using the convenience sampling, and surveyed using a general information table and the nurses' intercultural nursing ability scale. Results The total score of intercultural nursing ability was 69.80±6.45, with the score of the intercultural sensitivity ranking the highest, followed by that of the intercultural nursing knowledge and skill. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the age, marital status, working years, job position,monthly income,religion, fondness of traditions and customs and intercultural training were independent factors of the ability of cross-cultural nursing (ΔR2=0.506,F=28.874,P<0.001). Conclusion The intercultural nursing ability of nurses in Shenzhen TCM hospital is of a medium level and is affected by multiple factors. The hospital nursing managers should focus on such factors and implement appropriate intervention to improve the overall intercultural nursing ability and the nursing satisfaction.
