新入职护士重大传染病疫情核心应急能力的现状及其影响因素分析

摘    要:目的 调查新入职护士重大传染病疫情核心应急能力的现状,并分析其影响因素,为提高其应急能力提供参考。方法 选取郑州市3所三甲医院的456名新入职护士为研究对象,采用基本信息调查表、医务人员重大传染病疫情核心应急能力问卷和逆境商量表对其开展调查。结果 新入职护士重大传染病疫情核心应急能力总分为(97.53±20.26)分,得分率为53.89%。新入职护士逆境商与核心应急能力呈正相关(r=0.651,P<0.001)。多元线性回归分析显示,入职时间、入职前实习医院级别、是否参加传染病应急培训及逆境商是新入职护士重大传染病疫情核心应急能力的独立影响因素(R2= 0.326,R2=0.321,F=13.251,P<0.001)。结论 新入职护士重大传染病疫情核心应急能力处于较低水平,对实习护生和新入职护士应加强关于传染病突发事件的相关培训,并采取有效措施提高新入职护士逆境商,以提升新入职护士重大传染病疫情核心应急能力。

Abstract:Objective To understand the current situation and influencing factors of the core emergency capacity of newly recruited nurses for severe infectious diseases, so as to provide references for improving their emergency response capacity. Methods Totally 456 newly recruited nurses from 3 class-3 grade-A hospitals in Zhengzhou were selected and surveyed using a general condition questionnaire, the core emergency response capacity questionnaire for medical staff facing severe infectious diseases and adversity quotient (AQ) scale. Results The total score of the core emergency ability of newly recruited nurses was 97.53±20.26, with the score rate of 53.89%. Moreover, the nurses′ AQ was positively correlated to their core emergency capacity (r=0.651, P<0.001). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that time of being recruited, the level of hospital on probation, AQ and previous training about infectious diseases independent influencing factors of core emergency capacity(R2= 0.326,R2=0.321,F=13.251,P<0.001). Conclusion The core emergency ability of newly recruited nurses in major epidemics is of a low level. Therefore, related training should be conducted among nursing students and newly recruited nurses, and effective measures should be taken to promote their the adversity quotient.
