摘    要:医教协同是深化医学教育改革的重要任务,是“健康中国”建设的重要保障。随着医教协同的推进,我国高等医学教育改革迎来了以“5+3”为主体的医学人才培养模式,实施专业学位研究生教育与住院医师规范化培训的并轨衔接。与此同时,参与住院医师规范化培训的研究生表现出科研能力不足的现况,而传统的“单导师制”教育模式可能难以满足创新型人才培养需求。“双导师制”教育模式有望补偿这一局限,有助于提升医学人才的培养质量,是深化医教协同的重要教育创新。本文通过分析医教协同背景下传统教育模式存在的主要问题,明确了“双导师制”实施的必要性及优势,并阐述了“双导师制”的构建与实施策略,旨在推动“双导师制”在医教协同背景下的实施。

Exploration on application of “double tutor system” among professional degree postgraduates of clinical medicine under the synergy of health care system and medical educational system

Abstract:The synergy of health care system and medical educational system is an important task to deepen medical education reform and an important guarantee to build the strategy of “Healthy China”. With the advancement of the synergy of health care system and medical educational system,  China's higher medical education has carried out the reform of “5+3” medical education model,  and implemented the integration of professional degree postgraduate education and standardized training of residents. Meanwhile,  the professional degree postgraduates who participate in the standardized training of residents show the lack of scientific research ability,  but the traditional “single tutor system” may not meet the needs of training more innovation-oriented talents. The “double tutor system” may make up for this limitation and help improve the quality of medical personnel training,  which is an important educational innovation to deepen the synergy of health care system and medical educational system. This article analyzes the main problems of the traditional education model under the background of the synergy of health care system and medical educational system,  puts forward the necessity and advantages of the implementation of the “double tutor system”,  and elaborates the construction and implementation strategy of the “double tutor system”,  aiming to promote the application of “double tutor system” and make certain contributions to China's medical education reform and talent cultivation.
