云芝伪品桦褶孔菌的鉴别及其抗炎活性成分分析

摘    要:目的: 对临床常见的云芝(Coriolus versicolor)伪品桦褶孔菌(Lenzites betulina)进行鉴别研究,并研究其发酵物的抗炎活性成分。方法: 采用形态比对、ITS2序列、抗炎活性测试等方法鉴别云芝的伪品桦褶孔菌;采用天然药物化学的方法和技术对桦褶孔菌的抗炎活性化学成分进行分离、纯化和结构鉴定。结果: 云芝与桦褶孔菌在形态、分子遗传、抗炎活性等方面差别明显;从桦褶孔菌中分离得到3个抗炎化合物,分别鉴定为Macrolactin A、Macrolactin E、5,7-Octadecadienoic acid,2,3-dihydroxypropyl ester。结论: 实验从形态、ITS2序列、抗炎活性方面,鉴别了云芝和桦褶孔菌;首次从桦褶孔菌大米的发酵物中分离得到3个抗炎活性化合物,实验结果可为临床合理应用云芝和桦褶孔菌提供参考。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To identify Lenzites betulina from Coriolus versicolor and identify anti-inflammatory chemical components from ferment of Lenzites betulina.METHODS Morphology, ITS2 sequence and anti-inflammatory activity methods were used to identify Lenzites betulina from Coriolus versicolor;Natural pharmaceutical chemistry techniques were used to isolate, purify and identify anti-inflammatory chemical components from Lenzites betulina.RESULTS Lenzites betulina and Coriolus versicolor have obvious differences in morphology, molecular genetics and anti-inflammatory activity;Three anti-inflammatory compounds from Lenzites betulina were identified as Macrolactin A(1), Macrolactin E(2) and 5, 7-Octadecadienoic acid, 2, 3-dihydroxypropyl ester(3).CONCLUSION The morphology, ITS2 sequence and anti-inflammatory activity test can be used to identify Lenzites betulina from Coriolus versicolor.Three anti-inflammatory active compounds were isolated from rice ferment of Lenzites betulina for the first time.The experimental results can provide reference for clinical application of Lenzites betulina and Coriolus versicolor.
