缺铁性贫血是铁缺乏造成人体内贮存铁的耗竭,血红蛋白的合成减少,进而影响红细胞生成所引起的贫血。在儿童及孕妇等主要贫血人群中,缺铁性贫血发病率高于50%。如何防治缺铁性贫血已成为全球重要的公共健康问题之一。随着全球药物制剂技术的创新发展,铁剂相较第一代有了很大进步。该文就缺铁性贫血的药物治疗进展做一综述,较全面讨论每一代口服铁剂和静脉铁剂在分子结构、输注方式、药代动力学、适应证和不良反应等方面的特点,以期为临床用药选择提供参考。

Progress in clinical application of drugs to the treatment of iron deficiency anemia

Iron deficiency anemia is an anemia caused by iron deficiency, which causes the depletion of stored iron in the body and the reduction of hemoglobin synthesis, and then affects the production of red blood cells. The incidence rate of iron deficiency anemia is higher than 50% in children and pregnant women. How to prevent and treat iron deficiency anemia has become one of the crucial public health problems in the world. With the innovation and development of global pharmaceutical technology, iron agent has made great progress when compared with the first generation.This article reviewed the progress in drug treatment of iron deficiency anemia, and comprehensively discussed the characteristics of each generation of oral and intravenous iron agents in molecular structure, infusion mode, pharmacokinetics, indications and adverse reactions in order to provide reference for clinical medication selection.
