“涝疫结合”下医院药事应急管理与药学服务实践

目的：为遇到重大灾害事件药学部门如何践行药事应急管理和药学服务提供参考。方法：总结2021年7月20日阜外华中心血管病医院遭遇洪水侵袭、又遇河南省郑州市新冠疫情暴发，受灾后药学部门如何开展药事管理和药学服务工作，保证应急状态下全院药品供应与合理用药。结果：药学部高效启动应急预案，统一指挥模式，梯次配置人力资源，梳理工作重点，有序开展各项工作。结论：持续做好药品保障供应和合理用药管理一直是药学部门工作的首要任务，这些经验对今后突发事件中医院药事应急管理和药学服务工作的紧急部署具有积极的指导作用。

Practice of hospital pharmaceutical emergency management and pharmaceutical care in the combination of waterlogging and COVID-19

OBJECTIVE To provide reference for pharmaceutical departments to practice pharmaceutical emergency management and pharmaceutical care in the event of major disasters.METHODS On July 20, 2021, FuWai Central China Cardiovascular Hospital (hereinafter referred to as our hospital) was hit by flood and the outbreak of COVID-19 in Zhengzhou, Henan Province. This paper summarized the pharmaceutical management and pharmaceutical careperformed by pharmacy department after the disaster to ensure drug supply and rational drug use in hospital under the state of emergencies.RESULTS The department of pharmacy started emergency plans efficiently, unified command mode, performed echelon allocation of human resources, sorted out work priorities, and carried out various work in an orderly manner.CONCLUSION The primary task of pharmacy department is to ensure drug supply and rational drug use management. The experiences have positive guiding roles in the emergency management of pharmaceutical affairs and the emergency deployment of pharmaceutical care in hospital.
