摘    要:目的:优化姜半夏产地加工与炮制一体化工艺,为姜半夏一体化饮片生产规范的建立提供参考。方法:采用Box-Behnken响应面法设计分析,以外观性状、水溶性浸出物、白矾含量、草酸钙含量的综合评分为评价指标,考察鲜半夏干燥失水率、加水量、煮制时间3个因素,对姜半夏产地加工炮制一体化工艺进行优选;同时对最佳工艺条件的一体化姜半夏祛痰药效进行验证。结果:姜半夏一体化生产的最佳工艺为半夏去皮后,趁鲜加入2倍量的水,与生姜、白矾共煮4 h,取出,干燥。该工艺生产姜半夏饮片可显著增加小鼠气管酚红排泄量(P<0.01)。结论:响应面法优选的姜半夏产地加工炮制一体化工艺简易可行、质量稳定,可用于姜半夏一体化饮片生产。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To optimize the integrated origin processing and preparing technology of Pinelliae Rhizoma Praeparatum cum Zingibere et Alumine (PRPZA), so as to provide reference for the establishment of production standard.METHODS Box-Behnken response surface method was used to design and analyze the technology. Taking the comprehensive score of appearance traits, water-soluble extract content, alum content and calcium oxalate content as evaluation index, the drying water loss rate, water addition and decoction time of fresh Pinellia ternata (PR) were investigated, and the integrated processing technology was optimized; the expectorant effect was verified as well.RESULTS The best process for the integrated production was to peel PR, add 2 times the amount of water when fresh, cook with ginger and alum for 4 h, take out and dry. The production of PRPZA pieces by this process could significantly enhance the excretion of phenol red in mouse trachea (P<0.01).CONCLUSION The integrated processing technology of PRPZA optimized by response surface methodology is simple, feasible and stable in quality, and can be used for the production of integrated decoction pieces of PRPZA.
