| 摘 要： | 哮喘是一种呼吸系统的慢性炎症性疾病，特征是气道高反应性、气道慢性炎症、黏液分泌和气道重塑。间充质干细胞(MSC)是一种多功能干细胞，具有自我更新和多向分化能力，参与介导哮喘的免疫应答、抗原呈递、炎症反应和细胞迁移等多种病理生理过程。MSC在支气管哮喘发病中发挥重要作用，但其详尽机制尚未被充分研究。MSC是治疗支气管哮喘的潜在靶点。本文就MSC治疗哮喘的作用机制展开综述。

| Abstract: | Asthma,a chronic inflammatory disease of respiratory system,is characterized by airway hyperresponsiveness,chronic airway inflammation,mucus secretion,and airway remodeling.Mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) are a kind of multifunctional stem cells,which have the ability of self-renewal and multi-directional differentiation.They are involved in a variety of physiological processes,such as immune response,antigen presentation,inflammatory response,and cell migration.MSCs plays a key role in the pathogenesis of bronchial asthma,while the underlying mechanism remains to be studied.MSC are a potential target for the treatment of bronchial asthma.This paper reviews the mechanism of MSC in the treatment of asthma. |
