小规模限制性在线课程联合引导性反馈在急诊专科护士培训中的应用

摘    要:目的 探讨小规模限制性在线课程(smallprivateonlinecourse,SPOC)联合引导性反馈在急诊专科护士培训中的应用效果.方法 采用方便抽样法,选取参加郑州某三甲医院急诊专科护士培训的62名护理人员为研究对象.其中2020年6月-8月参加培训的32名护士为对照组,2021年6月-8月参加培训的30名护士为试验组.对照组采用传统教学方法,试验组采用SPOC结合引导性反馈的教学法.培训结束后,比较2组理论及操作考核成绩,并调查学员对教学模式的满意度.结果 试验组理论成绩优于对照组(t=2.983,P=0.004),心肺复苏、电除颤及简易呼吸器的使用3项操作考核成绩均高于对照组(t=2.847,P=0.006;t=6.142,P<0.001;t=2.565,P=0.007),试验组对教学效果各条目的满意率均在90.0%及以上.结论 SPOC联合引导性反馈的教学法,能提高急诊专科护士的理论水平和操作能力,提高其学习积极性,培训效果优于传统教学方法.

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of small private online course (SPOC) combined with guided feedback in the training of the emergency specialist nurses. Methods Thirty-two specialized emergency nurses trained between June and August 2020 were selected into a control group, while 30 trained in the same months next year were chosen into an experimental group. The control group was given traditional training, while the experimental group underwent SPOC combined with guided feedback. After the training, both groups were assessed theoretical knowledge and practical skills. Moreover, their satisfaction toward the training was compared. Results The theoretical performance of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(t=2.983, P=0.004). Moreover, the scores of cardiopulmonary resuscitation, electrical defibrillation and the use of simple breathing apparatus of the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group (t=2.847, P=0.006;t= 6.142, P<0.001; t=2.565, P=0.007). The satisfaction rate of the experimental group on each item of teaching was above 90.0%. Conclusion SPOC combined with guided feedback is superior to traditional teaching method, as it can improve the theoretical level, operational capability and learning enthusiasm of nurses in the emergency department.
