| 摘 要： | 粘膜部位人乳头瘤病毒（HPV)感染与头颈部、泌尿-生殖器等部位多种良恶性疾病相关。目前，针对这些疾病的治疗及预防有许多新的研究发现，如光动力疗法、局部免疫调节治疗、免疫检查点抑制剂、靶向药物、预防及治疗性疫苗等。现就粘膜部位HPV感染相关疾病进行总结，并对近年来其预防与治疗的研究进展进行综述。

| Abstract: | A number of benign and malignant diseases on the head，neck and urogenital area are associated with human papillomavirus (HPV) infection on mucosal sites. Nowadays, there are many new research findings for the treatment and prevention of these diseases, such as photodynamic therapy, local immunomodulatory therapy, immune checkpoint inhibitors, targeted therapy, preventive and therapeutic vaccines, etc. In this paper, we summarize the diseases related to HPV infection on mucosal sites, and the research progress on its prevention and treatment. |
