火龙罐联合中药熏药在神经根型颈椎病患者中的应用效果观察

目的 探讨火龙罐疗法联合中药熏药在神经根型颈椎病患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年6月-2021年6月在脊柱专科就诊的256例神经根型颈椎病患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各128例。对照组采用中药熏药干预,观察组在对照组的基础上联合使用火龙罐疗法。比较2组治疗效果、疼痛评分及颈椎功能障碍指数。结果 干预后,观察组的治疗效果优于对照组(Z= -2.175,P=0.003);疼痛评分低于对照组(t=-7.881,P＜0.001);颈椎功能障碍指数低于对照组(t=-12.994,P＜0.001)。结论 运用火龙罐疗法联合中药熏药能够提升神经根型颈椎病患者的临床疗效,缓解患者疼痛程度,改善患者颈椎功能。

Huolong cupping combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy

Objective To explore the clinical effect of huolong cupping combined with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) fumigation on patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods Totally 256 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy and treated in the spine department of our hospital between June 2020 and June 2021 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group, each of 128, according to a random number table. Both groups were given routine TCM fumigation, while the observation group was additionally provided with huolong cupping. Then both groups were evaluated using the visual analogy score(VAS) and neck disability index (NDI). Meanwhile, the treatment efficiency was compared between the two groups. Results After the intervention, the treatment efficiency of the observation group was superior to the control group(Z= -2.175,P=0.003), while the VAS score and NDI of the former group were significantly lower than that of the control group(t=-7.881,P＜0.001; t=-12.994,P＜0.001). Conclusion The huolong cupping combined with TCM fumigation can improve the clinical efficacy of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy, alleviate their pain and promote their cervical function.
