住院患者口渴非药物干预的证据总结

目的 检索并总结住院患者口渴非药物干预的最佳证据,为临床护理实践中口渴管理的顺利开展提供理论参考。方法 检索国内外相关指南和专家共识库、循证资源数据库、原始研究数据库等。通过文献筛选和文献质量评价,结合证据推荐意见和推荐强度,提取出住院患者口渴非药物干预的证据。结果 本研究共纳入12篇文献,包括9篇随机对照研究和3篇证据总结,并从6个方面总结了12条最佳证据。结论 在对住院口渴患者进行非药物干预过程中,护理人员应结合具体的临床情境及患者需求,有指向性地选择证据,并及时更新相关证据。

Evidence summaries of non-pharmacological interventions for thirst of hospitalized patients

Objective To retrieve and summarize the best evidences currently available on the non-pharmacological interventions for thirst of hospitalized patients, so as to provide theoretical references for thirst management in clinical nursing practice. Methods Literature on non-pharmacological interventions related to thirst of hospitalized patients was searched in domestic and foreign Chinese and English guidelines and expert consensus databases, the evidence-based resource database, original research database, nursing professional database and grey literature retrieval database, covering the clinical decision-making,clinical practice guidelines, best clinical practice,expert consensus, systematic reviews and Meta analysis,evidence summary and aggregation, and randomized controlled trials. Recommendations and their strength of recommendations were formulated based on the literature quality evaluation and evidence grading system. Results A total of 12 articles were included in our study,which comprised 9 randomized controlled trials and 3 evidence summaries. Moreover, 12 pieces of best evidences were summarized from 6 aspects. Conclusion In the nursing practice of non-pharmacological interventions for thirst management, nursing staff should select evidences according to the specific clinical situations and needs of patients, and update relevant evidences in time.
