| 摘 要： | 近年来，国家高度重视大学生征兵工作，大学生士兵群体为国防和军队建设做出重大贡献的同时，也面临着自我成长与就业的现实困境。通过对医学院校退役大学生士兵就业问题的调查研究，讨论和分析该群体在就业中具备的优势以及存在的问题和困境，提出了相应的对策建议。希望能为医学院校今后进一步推进和做好退役大学士兵就业工作提供参考。

| Abstract: | In recent years, our country has attached great importance to the recruitment of college students. While college student soldiers have made significant contributions to national defense and military construction, they are also faced with the real dilemma of self-growth and employment. Through the investigation and research on the employment of discharged college students in medical colleges, we discuss and analyze the advantages, problems and difficulties of this group in employment, and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. It is hoped that it can provide reference for medical colleges to further promote and improve the employment of discharged college soldiers in the future. |
