递进式护理干预在人工股骨头置换术后老年患者中的应用效果

目的 探讨递进式护理干预在人工股骨头置换术后老年患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2018年7月-2021年7月骨科收治的人工股骨头置换术老年患者100例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组行人工股骨头置换术后常规护理,观察组给予递进式护理干预,比较2组康复自我效能、髋关节功能及日常生活能力。结果 干预后,观察组康复自我效能、髋关节功能评分及日常生活能力评分均高于对照组(t=3.658,P<0.001;t=2.158,P=0.033;t=2.930,P=0.004)。结论 对人工股骨头置换术后老年患者行递进式护理干预,可有效提升患者康复自我效能,促进患者关节功能恢复,提高其日常生活能力。

Application of progressive nursing for elderly patients undergoing artificial femoral head replacement

Objective To analyze the effect of progressive nursing on the elderly patients with undergoing artificial femoral head replacement. Methods Totally 100 elderly patients undergoing the artificial femoral head replacement between July 2018 and July 2021 were selected, and divided into a control group and an observation group, each of 50, according to a random number table. After the operation, the control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was provided with progressive nursing. The rehabilitation self-efficacy, hip function and the activities of daily living (ADL) were compared between the two groups. Results After the intervention, the rehabilitation self-efficacy, hip function and ADL score of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group(t=3.658, P<0.001; t=2.158, P=0.033; t=2.930, P=0.004). Conclusion Postoperative progressive nursing can effectively improve the self-efficacy in rehabilitation, recovery of joint function, and activities of daily living of elderly patients.
