iRoot BP根尖屏障术治疗成人根尖周炎伴根尖开敞恒牙的临床疗效

 目的 评价iRoot BP根尖屏障术治疗成年人根尖周炎伴根尖开敞恒牙的临床疗效。方法 选择就诊于解放军总医院第一医学中心口腔科的慢性根尖周炎伴根尖敞开恒牙成年患者61例,随机分为无机三氧化矿物凝聚体(MTA)根尖屏障术组(MTA组,n=28)和iRoot BP根尖屏障术组(iRoot BP组,n=33),比较两组根尖段充填操作时间,观察两组根尖周病变的愈合情况。结果 iRoot BP组根尖段充填操作时间为 (6.87±0.78)min,显著短于MTA组(10.42±1.77)min],差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01);iRoot BP 组成功率为90.9%,MTA组成功率为71.4%,两组比较差异无统计学意义。结论 iRoot BP 与MTA作为根尖屏障材料的临床效果无统计学差异,iRoot BP能缩短椅旁治疗操作时间,减少就诊频率,是临床上更为理想的根尖屏障材料。

Clinical evaluation of iRoot BP apical barrier surgery in treatment of adult apical periodontitis with open apical permanent teeth

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of iRoot BP apical barrier surgery in the treatment of periapical periodontitis combined with apical opening in adults. Methods 61 adult patients with apical periodontitis combined with open apical permanent teeth who were admitted in the Department of Stomatology of PLA General Hospital were divided into mineral trioxide aggregates group (MTA group,n=28) and iRoot BP group (n=33). The apical filling operation time and efficacy between the two groups were compared. Results The apical filling operation time in the iRoot BP group (6.87±0.78) min] was significantly shorter than that in the MTA group (10.42±1.77) min](P＜0.01). The effective rates in the iRoot BP group and the MTA group were respectively 90.9% and 71.4%, whose difference was not statistically significant. Conclusions The clinical efficacy of the two groups is similar, but the operation time of chair-side treatment of the iRoot BP can be significantly shortened so it is a more ideal apical barrier material.
