宫颈癌根治术后膀胱功能障碍对患者影响的质性研究

目的 探讨宫颈癌根治术后膀胱功能障碍对患者的影响和改变,为临床个性化护理提供参考。方法 采用目的抽样法,选取16例宫颈癌根治术后发生膀胱功能障碍的患者,对其进行半结构式访谈,通过 Colaizzi分析法得出主题。结果 共归纳为3个主题:(1)膀胱功能障碍影响患者日常生活;(2)膀胱功能障碍使患者产生焦虑感和内疚感;(3)患者需要膀胱功能恢复指导,包括膀胱功能锻炼知识、康复训练个性化指导、康复训练监督反馈、出院后的康复资源。结论 医护人员应为宫颈癌根治术后膀胱功能障碍患者提供个体化、阶段化的护理,发现患者膀胱功能障碍时,尽早开始并持续进行综合性的护理干预和心理疏导,促进患者膀胱功能恢复,提高患者生活质量。

Qualitative study on the effects of bladder dysfunction on patients after radical resection of cervical cancer

Objective To explore the influence and change of bladder dysfunction of patients with cervical cancer after radical resection, so as to provide references for individualized clinical nursing to improve nursing quality. Methods Sixteen cervical cancer patients with bladder dysfunction after radical resection were selected using the purpose sampling method for a semi-structured interview. The data were analyzed by Colaizzi method. Results The interview data could be classified into three topics, including the influence of bladder dysfunction on patients' daily life, the influence on patients' emotions, patients' demand for bladder function recovery(understanding bladder function recovery, personalized guidance of rehabilitation training,as well as supervision and feedback of rehabilitation training, rehabilitation resources for patients after discharge). Conclusion Medical staff should provide individualized and staged nursing care for cervical cancer patients with bladder dysfunction after radical resection. When patients with bladder dysfunction are found, comprehensive nursing intervention and psychological counseling should be carried out as soon as possible to promote the recovery of their bladder function and life quality.
