中国居家药学服务的文献计量学研究及可视化分析

目的:通过文献计量学方法及CiteSpace可视化软件,对中国居家药学服务研究现状、发展趋势及存在的问题进行分析探讨,以期为居家药学服务工作有效开展和相关政策的完善提供参考。方法:检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库(Wanfang data)、维普网(VIP)三大中文数据库以及英文数据库Web of Science核心合集,从建库至2021年12月发表的与中国居家药学服务相关的期刊论文,对发文情况、发文地区、机构、作者、关键词等进行分析,并应用CiteSpace软件绘制可视化图谱。结果:共纳入符合条件的论文242篇,2018年后,居家药学服务领域发文量至快速增长,广东省、上海市发文量显著多于中西部地区。研究团队以内部合作为主,外部合作稀疏,研究力量比较分散。家庭药师、慢病管理、医联体药学服务模式是近年来居家药学服务的热点研究方向。结论:该研究领域存在研究文献总量偏少,未形成核心作者群,相关研究存在地域性分布不均等问题。家庭药师制度的有效实施是居家药学服务工作未来发展的方向,服务体系建设有待完善。建议研究团队开展持续深入高质量研究,完善服务体系,并应用于药学服务实践。

A bibliometric and visual analysis of home pharmaceutical care in China

OBJECTIVE Analyze and discusse the research status,development trend and existing problems of home pharmaceutical care in China by using bibliometric methods and CiteSpace,to provide reference for improvements of related services and policies.METHODS We have searched CNKI、Wanfang data、VIP academic databases and Web of Science core collection from database building to December 2021.We analyzed literatures based on publication year,distribution of areas,institutions,authors,keywords and demonstrated the analysis results via graphics with help of CiteSpace.RESULTS We have found a total of 242 pieces of papers on home pharmaceutical care in China.Our study showed that the number of academic researches on home pharmaceutical care increased rapidly after 2018,and the papers issued from Guangdong Province and Shanghai were significantly more than that from the central and western China.There was a lack of cooperation and communication between different research teams,and the research forces were scattered."Family pharmacist""chronic disease management"and"。 pharmaceutical service model in medical alliance" have become the hot research directions of home pharmaceutical care in recent years.CONCLUSION The total amount of academic research in this field was relatively small,the core author group had not been formed,and the related research forces were unevenly distributed.The effective implementation of the family pharmacist system was the direction of home pharmaceutical care development.The system needs to be improved.We suggest that the research teams carry out continuous in-depth high-quality research,improve the service system,and apply it to pharmaceutical service practice.
