摘    要:目的研究BOPPPS联合CBL教学法在护理临床实习教学中的应用效果。方法采用整体抽样法抽取2020年3月-2021年2月在某三级甲等医院实习的护理专业实习生120名,按照实习时间先后顺序,分为对照组60名和试验组60名,对照组采用传统教学法,试验组采用BOPPPS联合CBL教学法。实习结束后比较两组护理实习生的各项能力考核成绩、护理教学效果、护理教学满意度。结果试验组护理实习生的各项能力考核成绩、护理教学效果、护理教学满意度均高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论BOPPPS联合CBL教学法可提高护理临床实习生的各项能力考核成绩,有效提高临床护理教学效果和护理教学满意度。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the application effect of BOPPPS combined with CBL teaching method in clinical nursing practice teaching. MethodsA total of 120 nursing interns from March 2020 to February 2021 were selected by holistic sampling method. According to the sequence of internship time, they were divided into control group (n =60) and experimental group (n =60). The control group adopted traditional teaching method, and the experimental group adopted BOPPPS combined with CBL teaching method. After the internship, the ability assessment results, nursing teaching  effect and nursing teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared. ResultsThe experimental group has better nursing interns ability examination results, nursing teaching effect, nursing teaching satisfaction than the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). ConclusionBOPPPS combined with CBL teaching method can improve the ability assessment results of clinical nursing interns, effectively improve the clinical nursing teaching effect and nursing teaching satisfaction.
