健康中国战略背景下地方医学院校专业建设的思考

健康中国战略背景下，基于国际竞争新形势、立德树人新要求、医学教育新目标，如何适应健康中国战略发展的新需要，如何发展新医科，促进医科与工科、文科、理科等交叉学科不断交融，形成一种具有融合创新发展的新领域，培养“防、诊、控、治、康”五位一体的应用型复合型医学专业人才，是地方医学院校医学教育改革发展的一次重大机遇和挑战。通过从健康中国战略背景下地方医学院校如何推进专业建设，培养高水平、高质量的应用型复合型专业人才进行了总结与思考，希望可以为医学院校的专业人才培养提供一些参考。

Professional construction of local medical colleges in the background of Healthy China

In the background of Healthy China, with new situation of international competition, requirements of establishing moral integrity, and aims of medical education, local medical colleges are facing huge opportunities and challenges on innovation of medical education about how to meet the new requirements for  Healthy China, how to develop new medicine, how to promote integration of medicine with engineering, liberal art, and science, how to form a new integrating innovating frontier and thus, how to train medical talents with five-in-one application and complicate skill on “prevention, diagnosis, control, treatment, and health”. This paper aims to explore how to promote professional construction and train talents with high level, quality and complicate skill in local medical college in the background of Healthy China, and we hope it would provide some references for training professional talents in medical colleges.
