莫沙必利联合复方聚乙二醇电解质散在结肠镜检查前肠道准备有效性与安全性的系统评价

摘    要:目的: 系统评价单用复方聚乙二醇电解质散和与莫沙必利联用在结肠镜检查前肠道准备的有效性和安全性。方法: 检索PubMed、The Cochrane Library、Web of Science、Elsevier Clinicalkey、CNKI、VIP、Wanfang数据库,检索收集有关莫沙必利联合复方聚乙二醇电解质散在结肠镜检查前肠道准备的随机对照试验,检索时间均从建库至2022年4月。采用Revman 5.4软件进行系统评价,采用Cochrane风险偏倚评估文献质量。结果: 共纳入27篇文献,5 001例患者,系统评价结果显示,有效性方面,观察组肠道清洁有效率、息肉检出率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.01;P<0.05);安全性方面,观察组总不良反应、恶心、呕吐、腹胀、腹痛的发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.05)。2组结肠镜检查成功率和腺瘤检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.23;P=0.05)。结论: 相较于单用复方聚乙二醇电解质散,与莫沙必利联用在结肠镜检查前的肠道准备中具有更好的有效性和安全性。

A systematic review on the efficacy and safety of mosapride combined with compound polyethylene glycol electrolytes powder for bowel preparation before colonoscopy

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of mosapride combined with compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder compared with compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder alone for bowel preparation before colonoscopy.METHODS The information of mosapride combined with compound polyethylene glycol electrolytes used in the intestinal tract before colonoscopy was searched from databases of PubMed, The Cochrane Library, Web of Science, Elsevier Clinicalkey, CNKI, VIP and Wanfang Data from inception to April 2022. Systematic review was performed by using Revman 5.4 software, and the quality of literature was assessed by using Cochrane risk of bias.RESULTS A total of 27 literature and 5 001 patients were included. The results of systematic review showed that in terms of efficacy, the effective rate of intestinal cleaning and the detection rate of polyps in the observed group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01, P<0.01, P<0.01; P<0.05); in terms of safety, the incidences of total adverse reactions, nausea, vomiting, abdominal distension and abdominal pain in the observed group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01, P<0.01, P<0.01, P<0.01, P<0.05). There were no significant differences in colonoscopy success rate and adenoma detection rate between the two groups (P=0.23; P=0.05).CONCLUSION Compared with compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder alone, mosapride combined with compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder has better efficacy and safety for bowel preparation before colonoscopy.
