逐瘀膏治疗急性软组织损伤的疗效观察与实验研究

本文的主要目的是建立ｇ－可度量空间的两个映射定理： （１）ｇ－可度量空间是度量空间的商紧映象； （２）ｇ－可度量空间的完备逆象若具有Ｇδ－对角线，那么它是ｇ－可度量空间。

Curative-effect observation and experimental study on the treatment of a-cute soft-tissue injury with "ZHUYU GAO

cases of acute soft tissue injuty were treated with "ZHUYU GAO"(ZYG. a TCD ointment) externally applied,which was made mainly from traditional Chinese drugs that activate blood circulation and remove blood stasis.The therapeutic effects were observed and compared with the control drug "ZHENGGU SHUI"(ZGS ,a TCD liquid). The result. indicated that ZYG had a good effect of removing swellings and stopping pains, and its curative effects were obviously better than ZGS' ones (P<0. 01). In experimental study, rabbit right posterior limbs with soft tissue injury were taken as the observed subjectsand treated with ZYG and ZGS respectively. On the 3d,7th , 14th and 21st days after treatment, microscopic and ultramicroscopic structures of the injured tissues were observed with light and electronic microscopes. The results showed that ZYG could obviously reduce the injured-tissue bleeding and the inflammatory-cell exudation,speed up the absorption of inflammatory cells and blood stasis,promote the dilation and regeneration of capilaries ,accelerate the healing of broken muscle fibers. The results of both clinical and experimental studies showed that ZYG, when externally applied for acute soft tissue injury,could remarkably shorten repair process of injured soft tissue as well as had a good function to remove swellings and alleviate pains.
