| 摘 要： | 目的 讨论改良青光眼滤过术与常规术式术后浅前房发生率的差别。方法 对比近五年行两种不同青光眼术式患者各82例(82只眼)，了解术后浅前房发生率。结果 两种术式术后各有10例及18例发生浅前房，发生率分别为12．2％及22％。结论 改良青光眼滤过术优于常规术式，能降低术后浅前房发生率。

| Abstract: | Objective Discuss the difference of shallow anterior chamber after filtering operation with glaucoma by improved or ordinary operation method.Methods Compare with 164 patients in five years by two difference operation method, the ratio of shallow anterior chamber after filtering operation is realized.Results Ten patients appear the shallow anterior chamber in the improved operation method, the ratio is 12.2%, and eighteen in the ordinary operation method, the ratio is 22%.Conclusions The improved operation method is superior to the ordinary one, it can reduce the ratio of shallow anterior chamber after filtering operation. |
