肝硬化低蛋白血症辨治浅议

探讨肝硬化低蛋白血症的发病机制和辨证论治规律,认为本病的发生与肝郁、脾虚、肾亏密切相关,病机主要为气虚、血瘀、痰阻,其证候表现有内在规律,治则为疏肝健脾、补益肝肾、活血化瘀、化痰散结、消补兼施,并阐述了几个需要重视的问题。

Study on syndrome identifying and treatment variation of cirrhotic hopoproteinemia

The forming theory and treating principle of cirrhotic hopoproteinemia are discussed.It is pointed out that the occurrence of cirrhotic hopoproteinemia is closely associated with stagnation of liver-qi,insufficiency of the spleen and deficiency of the kidney.In TCM,its pathology are deficiency of qi,blood stasis and stagation of phlegm.The effective treatments are dispersing the stagnated liver-qi and strengthening the spleen,invigorating liver and kidney,activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis,as well as dissipating phlegm and resolving masses.Several other important issues in the practice are also discussed.
