| 摘 要： | 目的探讨水牛角解毒丸的盐酸小檗碱含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱（HPLC）法，色谱柱为C18柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相为乙腈-0．033mol／L磷酸二氢钾溶液（28：72），检测波长为345nm，流速为1．0mL／min，柱温为30℃。结果盐酸小檗碱进样量在0．155～1．553μg（n=7）范围内与峰面积线性关系良好（r=0．9999），平均回收率为105．0％，RSD=2．2％（n=9）。结论HPLC法专属性强、灵敏度高、重现性好、操作简便，可用于水牛角解毒丸的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of berberine hydrochloride in Shuiniujiao Detoxicating Pill. Methods The HPLC analysis was performed on a Diamonsil C18（250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm）, with acetonitrile-0.033 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate（28 ： 72）as the mobile phase, the detective wavelength was at 345 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results Berberine hydrochloride at the concentrations of 0. 155 ～1. 553μg showed the good linear（r=0. 999 9）, the average recovery rate was 105.0%, RSD was 2.2% （n =9）. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive and reliable. It can be used for the quality control of Shuiniujiao Detoxicating Pill. |
