钩活术治疗重度膝关节骨性关节炎临床观察

摘    要:目的探讨中医特异针疗法钩活术治疗重度膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法将140例重度膝关节骨性关节炎(OA)患者按门诊就诊的奇偶顺序分为钩活术治疗组70例和小针刀对照组70例进行疗效对比观察。结果治疗组和对照组在年龄、男女比例、诊断标准、重度膝OA的程度、接受治疗前的有关治疗及其兼证、接受治疗后的辅助治疗方面无统计学差异,具有可比性。结果显示,两组有效率、生活优良率治疗后比较,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论钩活术治疗重度膝OA,在缓解疼痛、改善膝关节功能等方面都优于小针刀对照组。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effects of hooking therapy,the specific needling technique of Chinese medicine for serious osteoarthritis(OA)of knee joint.Methods:140 cases of serious osteoarthritis of keen joint were divided into hooking therapy group(treatment group,70 cases)and acupotomology group(control group,70 cases)according to the even-odd number order of clinic visit and the therapeutic effects were observed and compared.Results:There were no specific differences between treatment group and control group,in age,the ratio of male and female,diagnostic standards,the severity of serious knee OA,the relevant treatment before the observation and the complications,as well as the assistant treatment after observation,indicating the comparability between two groups.The results of observation showed that the effective rate and life excellence rate were significantly different in statistic after treatment in comparison between two groups(P0.05).Conclusions:Hooking therapy can relieve pain and improve in the functions of knee joint,which is superior to the effect of acupotomology in the treatment of serious knee OA.
