| 摘 要： | 目的:观察红花黄色素(SY)和羟基红花黄色素A(HSYA)对β受体结合力的影响。方法:以放射配基受体结合实验观察SY及HSYA拮抗125Ⅰ-s-(-)-Pindolol与大鼠心室肌细胞膜β受体特异性结合的作用。结果:SY及HSYA抑制125Ⅰ-s-(-)-Pindolol与大鼠心室肌细胞膜β受体的特异性结合具量效关系,SY的IC50为(17.5±1.3)g/L,KiSY值为12.9g/L;HSYA的IC50为(35.6±1.4)mmol/L,KiHSYA值为26.4mmol/L。结论:SY及HSYA对Pindolol-β受体结合力有一定的影响。

| Abstract: | Objective：The β receptor antagonistic effect of Safflor Yellow（SY） and Hydroxsafflor Yellow A （HSYA） was observed. Method：The antagonistic effect of SY and HSYA on[^125 I]-s-（-）-Pindolol specific binding to rat cardiomyocyte membrane β receptor was observed by radio binding assay. Result： The inhibition effect of SY and HSYA on[^125 I ]-s-（-）-Pindolol specific binding to rat cardiomyocyte membrane was dose effective. ICso of SY was （17.5±1.3）g/L, Ki of SY was 12.9 g/L;IC50 of HSYA was （35.6±1.4） mmol/L, Ki of HSYA was 26.4 mmol/L. Conclusion：Safflor Yellow and Hydroxysafflor Yellow A have same effect on Pindolol-β receptor specific binding. |
