M型超声评价腹主动脉前、后壁运动:以猪、犬进行人类腹主动脉瘤发病机制研究的可行性

摘    要:目的 应用M型超声分析正常人及猪、犬的腹主动脉前、后壁的运动特征,探讨以猪、犬为实验对象进行人类腹主动脉瘤(AAA)发病机制研究的可行性.方法 采集健康人、猪、犬的腹主动脉的M型超声图像,测量动脉前壁和后壁振幅(da和dp)以及收缩晚期和舒张晚期的动脉内径(Ds、Dd),对各组数值及动脉前壁振幅/舒张期动脉内径比值(da/Dd)、动脉后壁振幅/舒张期动脉内径比值(dp/Dd)进行统计学分析.结果 正常人、犬、猪均显示腹主动脉前壁振幅高于后壁振幅(P均<0.01),da/Dd、dp/Dd人、犬、猪间两两比较值比较差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05).结论 正常人及猪、犬的腹主动脉前壁与后壁的运动有一定差异,可能与腹主动脉瘤的形成有一定关系;以猪、犬为实验对象进行人类AAA发病机制研究是可行的.
