影响哮喘患儿缓解期用药依从性的原因及对策

目的了解影响小儿哮喘缓解期用药依从性的原因,并提出对策。方法自行设计调查问卷,内容包括家长认为无症状可不用药、担心糖皮质激素的副作用、患儿不配合、吸入药物方法不正确、忘记用药或不准时用药、对诊断不信以及经济困难自行停药。对123例缓解期哮喘患儿的家长作调查。结果52.0%家长认为无症状可不用药,50.4%患儿吸入药物方法不正确,45.5%家长担心糖皮质激素的副作用,39.0%患儿不配合,34.1%家长忘记给药或不准时给药,8.1%因经济困难自行停药,6.5%家长对诊断不信。结论影响小儿哮喘缓解期用药依从性的原因较多,加强对患儿及家长宣教、进行专业指导、建立＂哮喘之家＂、定期回访等措施,可提高小儿哮喘缓解期用药的依从性,从而保证疗效、预防哮喘复发。

Influencing factors of compliance of medicine taking in convalescent asthmatic children and Stratesgies

Objective To understand the influeming factons of the compliance of medicine taking in convalescent asthmatic children and find out strategies. Method Investigate 123 caregivers of convalescent asthmatic children by self - designed question- naire, including caregivers thinking that no symptom, no medicine, concerning about side-effect of glucccorticoid, uncompliant children, incorrect method of inhaling medicine, forgetting taking medicine or taking unpunctually, unbelief of diagnosis and self - actuated drug withdrawal caused by economy problem. Result 52.0 % parents think that no symptom, no medicine. 50.4 % children take incorrect method of inhaling medicine. 45.5 % parents concern about the side - effect of glueocortieoid. 39.0 % children don＇t cooperate. 34.1% parents forget to give medicine or give medicine unpunctually. 8.1% patients have self- actuated drug withdrawal because of economy problem. 6.5 % parents don＇ t believe the diagnosis. Conclusion There are many causes of the compliance of medicine taking in convalescent asthmatic children. Enhancing education for children and parents, giving professional guidance, building up ＂asthma club＂, take regular follow- up consultation can improve the compliance of medicine taking, ensure the effect and prevent asthma from recrudesce.
