基于微信平台的延续性护理对盆底手术患者切口瘢痕的影响

目的 分析基于微信平台的延续性护理对盆底手术患者切口瘢痕影响。方法 选择2022年7月-2023年12月于本院接受盆底手术的120例患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组（n =60）与观察组（n =60）。对照组实施围术期护理，观察组在对照组基础上实施基于微信平台的延续性护理，比较两组切口愈合情况、瘢痕淡化情况及生活质量。结果 观察组甲级愈合率为96.67%，优于对照组的75.00%（P ＜0.05）；观察组VSS、PSAS评分低于对照组（P ＜0.05）；观察组干预后生活质量评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对盆底手术患者实施基于微信平台的延续性护理可加快其切口愈合，淡化瘢痕组织，提升其术后生活质量。

Effect of Continuous Nursing Based on WeChat Platform on Incision Scar in PatientsUndergoing Pelvic Floor Surgery

Objective To analyze the effect of continuous nursing based on WeChat platform on incision scar in patientsundergoing pelvic floor surgery. Methods A total of 120 patients who underwent pelvic floor surgery in our hospital from July2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were dividedinto control group (n =60) and observation group (n =60). The control group was given perioperative nursing, and the observationgroup was given continuous nursing based on WeChat platform on the basis of the control group. The incision healing, scardesalination and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The grade A healing rate of the observation groupwas 96.67%, which was better than 75.00% of the control group (P <0.05). The VSS and PSAS scores of the observation group werelower than those of the control group (P <0.05). The quality of life score of the observation group after intervention was higher thanthat of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Continuous nursing based on WeChat platform for patients undergoing pelvic floorsurgery can accelerate incision healing, dilute scar tissue and improve their postoperative quality of life.
