正畸联合口腔种植治疗牙列缺损的效果

分析对牙列缺损患者应用正畸联合口腔种植治疗的效果。方法 选取遵义市红花岗区口腔医院2020年1月-2022年12月收治的60例牙列缺损患者为研究对象，以随机数字表法分为对照组（n =28）和观察组（n=32）。对照组行单纯口腔种植治疗，观察组行正畸联合口腔种植治疗，比较两组临床疗效、美容效果、口腔功能及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为93.75%，高于对照组的75.00%（P ＜0.05）；观察组牙齿排列整齐、咬合舒适、前牙覆盖和覆牙合良好及邻接关系良好占比均高于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组治疗后咀嚼功能、发音功能及美观功能评分均高于治疗前，且观察组高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率为6.25%，低于对照组的21.43%（P＜0.05）。结论 正畸联合口腔种植治疗牙列缺损的效果良好，可提高牙齿美观度，改善患者的口腔功能，且不良反应发生几率较低，值得临床应用。

Effect of Orthodontics Combined with Oral Implantation in the Treatment of Dentition Defect

To analyze the effect of orthodontic combined with oral implantation on patients with dentition defect.Methods A total of 60 patients with dentition defect admitted to Honghuagang District Stomatological Hospital in Zunyi fromJanuary 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group (n =28) and observationgroup (n =32) by random number table method. The control group was treated with oral implantation alone, and the observationgroup was treated with orthodontics combined with oral implantation. The clinical efficacy, cosmetic effect, oral function and adversereactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.75%,which was higher than 75.00% in the control group (P <0.05). The proportion of teeth alignment, occlusal comfort, anterior teethcoverage and good coverage and good adjacent relationship in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P <0.05). After treatment, the scores of masticatory function, pronunciation function and aesthetic function in the two groups werehigher than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were higher than the control group (P <0.05). The incidenceof adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.25%, which was lower than 21.43% in the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionOrthodontic combined with oral implantation in the treatment of dentition defect has a good effect, which can improve the aestheticsof teeth, improve the oral function of patients, and the incidence of adverse reactions is low, which is worthy of clinical application
