吸脂联合EMBRACE钻石精雕在面部年轻化中的应用效果

目的 观察吸脂联合EMBRACE钻石精雕在面部年轻化中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年 5月-2023年5月我院收治的85例有面部年轻化需求的患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组（42例）与观察组 （43例）。对照组实施EMBRACE钻石精雕治疗，观察组实施吸脂联合EMBRACE钻石精雕治疗，比较 两组面部美观改善程度、Antera凹陷体积及并发症发生情况。结果 观察组治疗后1个月面容美观总改善 率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；观察组Antera凹陷体积小于对照组，差异有统计学意义 （P＜0.05）；两组并发症发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 吸脂联合EMBRACE钻石精 雕在面部年轻化治疗中可发挥重要作用，疗效确切，可改善面部凹陷，且安全性高。

Application Effect of Liposuction Combined with EMBRACE Diamond Carving in Facial Rejuvenation

Objective To observe the application effect of liposuction combined with EMBRACE diamond carving in facial rejuvenation. Methods A total of 85 patients with facial rejuvenation needs admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were randomly divided into control group (42 patients) and observation group (43 patients). The control group was treated with EMBRACE diamond carving, and the observation group was treated with liposuction combined with EMBRACE diamond carving. The improvement of facial aesthetics, the volume of Antera depression and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The total improvement rate of facial aesthetics in the observation group was higher than that in the control group at 1 month after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The volume of Antera depression in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups (P >0.05). Conclusion Liposuction combined with EMBRACE diamond carving can play an important role in the treatment of facial rejuvenation, with definite curative effect. Meanwhile, it can improve facial depression, and has high safety.
